Shared Lives Registered Manager, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
A UK-based Registered Charity are seeking a Shared Lives Services Manager to oversee operational management on the Isle of Man. As the Registered Manager of the scheme, you'll be responsible for running the service in line with all regulatory requirements. Alongside ensuring that you support the staff in achieving excellent outcomes, you'll have the key role in making sure that financial management is strong so that budget targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Ensure that the service operates in line with R&I frameworks, internal and external quality frameworks and all internal policies and procedures
Ensure that there are positive and collaborative working relationships between your team and all company services and departments
Monitor and report on progress in achieving service targets
Initiate, build and maintain positive working relationships with commissioners and other agencies to help identify and deliver new business opportunities and potential partnerships

Skills & Experience:
A relevant professional qualification in Social Care or Health (e.g. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or similar) is absolutely essential
A Level 5 Management qualification
Significant knowledge of best practice in the delivery of community based care and support services to adults with a range of needs
Successful management and analysis of operational budgets, and experience of implementing quality management systems
