This role would see you take on an Office Administrator of the Accounting and Tax team in a Fund, Corporate and Private Wealth services provider in the capital of the Island
The Role...
You will be primarily involved with liaising with the Accounting and Tax team and assist the Office Manager. Other duties include:
Updating and preparing reports from the time management system
Working closely with experts across our teams to communicate updates and processes
Ensuring accounts are passed to relevant departments for return preparation and filing
Scanning, filing, and general administration duties to ensure the smooth running of the department
On boarding new clients
About You...
The ideal candidate will be IT literate and have experience with:
Document management software
Maintaining electronic records
Working with Microsoft applications
