Part Time Finance Assistant, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
A Finance Administrator/Assistant is required to join a Douglas based private family office on a part time (20 hours per week), Permanent basis. The role holder will support managers and portfolio companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the boards of portfolio companies with administrative matters
Organise and co-ordinate meeting arrangements, such as conference arrangements, agenda and other admin tasks
Arrange payments as/when required
Liaising with accountants and third-party providers regarding financial and other company matters
Assisting in month-end process
Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
Answering incoming calls and responding to email queries

Skills & Experience:
Previous bookkeeping experience is essential
Must have invoicing experience and solid understanding of profit and loss statements
Ideally holds a bookkeeping qualification, although not essential
Proven experience within a similar role.
