Personal Assistant, Temporary Job, Isle of Man
Job Purpose:
An experienced Personal Assistant is sought by a leading Non-Profit organisation in a temporary capacity for a period of just 12-16 weeks. You will be a motivated self-starter, responsible for the provision of secretarial and administration support to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Governors and Committee members.
Key Responsibilities:
Organisation and co-ordination of meetings for the CEO including booking of venue, drafting up agendas, arranging requisite paperwork, taking and distributing minutes and organising facilities, ordering refreshments and equipment as needed for a number of strategic meetings and committees
Act as first point of contact for CEO office for telephone calls
Offer appropriate advice and support to Senior Leadership Team, staff and other visitors/callers
Responsible for drafting correspondence that may be required or requested, and attaching any appropriate documentation for CEO
Maintain realistic and manageable diaries for the CEO
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience working in a supporting role at Chief Executive/Director level
Exceptional organisational skills, able to prioritise tasks effectively whilst adapting to an ever changing environment
Excellent presentation, communication, and administration skills
Hours & Benefits:
Full time business hours. Hourly rate commensurate with relevant skills and experience
