Process Automation Analyst (365 Super User), Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Process Automation Analyst (365 Super User) required to join an international bank on a permanent basis. The role holder will identify and analyse improvement opportunities across a dedicated business line/corporate function.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and analyse opportunities across a dedicated Business Line and/or Corporate Function that could resolve current pain-points or deliver efficient and effective business processes as well as automation opportunities
Design to-be processes to ensure streamlined and automated solutions
Produce creative plans and ideas to help Business Lines and/or Corporate Functions to remove any process pain points and use automation to improve business processes
Conduct an as-is analysis of business processes to formulate and develop optimisation business cases
Plan and execute all process improvement activities to ensure successful project implementation of value adding projects
Assess the feasibility of automation versus other business process improvement methodologies in order to ensure fit for purpose solutions are delivered

Skills & Experience:
A minimum qualification for this job would be a first degree in Information Technology
Certification on RDA Power User Programme, BI Analytics Programme, Lean Six Sigma certification
Demonstrable confidence of 365 Microsoft Suite, Power Platform Knowledge of Alteryx would be advantageous
Experience in business analysis, process flow and business process improvement
Experience required in development and implementation of RPA solutions using various automation tools
