General Administration & Corporate Secretarial Assistant, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

An opportunity has arisen to join a large hospitality group based in Douglas as an Administration and Corporate Secretarial Assistant. You will provide support to all executive and non-executive directors, dealing with corporate matters in a highly professional manner.

The Role…

Your role will be split into a general administration service for the head office, and corporate secretarial support to directors. You will:

  • Manage all telephone calls and general email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Receive and sort both incoming and outgoing mail efficiently
  • Monitor stationery stock and catering supplies, re-ordering as appropriate
  • Liaise with the Facilities team to manage head office service suppliers, such as cleaning, security, fire alarms and grounds keeping
  • Type, compile and prepare reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Manage the booking diary for all meeting rooms and VC equipment
  • Ensure that the reception area is maintained to a high standard
  • Complete and coordinate all Holdings Board paperwork and correspondence
  • Distribute stakeholder correspondence
  • Type documents and collate financial reports
  • Proofread and format documents

About You…

We want to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, encompassing corporate secretarial support – ideally, in a multi-divisional commercial operating business
  • Ability to work professionally and confidentially
  • An eye for detail, with excellent communication skills
  • Experience of letter writing and proof reading extensive corporate reports and documentation – this is desirable
