The Role...

You will be responsible for a mixture of audio typing coupled with secretarial/administrative duties that include:

Audio typing
Handling reception
Answering calls
Dealing with office management
Archiving
Scanning

About you...

Hold previous office administration experience
Ability to multi task and work to deadlines
Previous experience within a legal practice would be desirable
Audio typing experience is essential
