Senior Administrator - Onboarding, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
An international Life Assurance organisation, based in Douglas, are seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to join their Onboarding Team. This is a permanent role, where the holder will be responsible for demonstrating a proactive and positive desire to deliver the best possible customer experience for customers commencing their journey with the business.

Key Responsibilities:
Confidently take incoming calls and provide a quality customer experience
Keying applications
Raising & checking cancellation notices
Commencing policies
Accurately input customer data to SharePoint

Skills & Experience:
Previous Financial Services experience, ideally within Life Assurance, is essential
Enthusiastic and positive approach to work
Open and adaptable to change
Excellent communication skills

Hours & Benefits:
