Senior Customer Services Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
Experienced senior administrators required to join the customer services team of an international wealth platform company. The successful applicant will have an in depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
Review new business applications for quality and regulatory anti money laundering and counter terrorism financing control purposes
Ensure that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines and features
Contact financial advisers and customers to request outstanding information
Provide support and assistance to the sales force and brokers on processes and operational procedures

Skills & Experience:
Proven new business experience within Life Assurance or Investments
Strong communication and organisational skills
Excellent report writing and analytical skills
Ability to effectively manage customer and staff relationships, promptly respond to queries whilst ensuring expectations are managed

Hours & Benefits:
Full time, core business hours - permanent position. Salary in line with experience
