Senior Customer Services Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

The Customer Services team of an international wealth management firm needs two high-performing new business and customer service experts to join its ranks. Working in Castletown, you will provide a point of contact for support, technical administration assistance and general relationship management to brokers and the company sales force.

The Role…

Your day-to-day duties will encompass the following:

  • Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory AML and CTF control purposes
  • Ensuring new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines and procedures
  • Contacting financial advisors and customer to request outstanding information
  • Setting up and assisting clients on the Customer Relations Management system, including web support
  • Applying incoming funds and processing withdrawals and surrenders
  • Recording management information data
  • Establishing strong relationships with brokers, sales and regional offices in order to identify their needs and meet their requirements

About You…

To thrive in this role, you’ll need an in-depth understanding of customer due diligence, new business acceptance and regulatory requirements. Our client would also like you to have:

  • Considerable experience in a customer services role within investments or life assurance
  • Excellent report writing and analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Ability to effectively manage customer and staff relationships
