Shared Services (HR) Delivery Specialist, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
Shared Services/HR Delivery Specialist required to join an International Bank on a permanent basis to ensure the delivery of core human capital transactional/administrative and consulting services across the group. The ideal candidate will build effective relationships with key customer stakeholders, supporting and driving the human capital service offering, ensuring efficient and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and foster internal stakeholder relationships in order to ensure appropriate buy-in and client engagement at all times
Ensure service deliverables are met
Ensure procedure and compliance controls followed
Drive continuous improvement initiatives - initiating, implementing and tracking continuous improvement initiatives through to delivery and until they become "business as usual"
Customise and implement new service lines.
Ensure the customers best interests are considered in decision making.

Skills & Experience:
Extensive experience within a similar role
Diploma in Human Resources preferred
Understanding of the operational and processing impacts of activities in the human capital function including system, process and payroll impacts

Hours & benefits:
Full time, core business hours - Douglas based. Salary in line with skills and experience.
