System Support Analyst, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
System Support Analyst required to join an international wealth management business, to provide Application Support across all business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide Application Support for internal & external stakeholders for the Group of Companies
Working as part of a small team, the System Support Analyst will primarily be focused on delivering an exceptional standard of support and problem resolution services
Provide 1st line support on all tickets raised through the Customer Service Desk
Create, own and maintain documented procedures to aid System Support Team functions/responsibilities
Prioritises and diagnoses incidents according to agreed procedures

Skills & Experience:
Experience of working in a similar 1st Line Support position within financial services
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint).
Basic SQL Skills
Proficient in the use of the Jira Suite of Software, including Support Desk & Confluence
Excellent communication skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Demonstrate a positive motivated attitude
Self-sufficient - requires the minimum of supervision
