Team Manager, Permanent Job, Isle Of Man

Job Purpose:
An experienced Team Manager is required to join an International Bank, on a permanent basis. The role holder will support, coach and manage a team of Customer Service Officers to deliver high quality, critical delivery and service standards for customers.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Customer Service Officers to improve the customer experience by monitoring the efficiency and effectiveness of processes
Ongoing development of team members to ensure that levels of engagement remain high and that services are seen as adding value
Manage and supervise the team in operations and conduct

Skills & Experience:
Experience of leading, motivating and coaching a team to achieve high quality people
Proven ability to manage people and oversee their deliverables
Strong verbal and written communication and influencing skills

Hours & Benefits:
Full time business hours, salary dependent upon skills and experience
