Trainee Private Client Administrator, Permanent Job, Isle of Man

Job Purpose:
A leading Trust and Corporate Service provider are seeking a Trainee Administrator to join their Private Clients Team, on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will receive training on a day-to-day basis, be expected to undertake professional studies (ICSA or STEP), and will assist team members with all aspects of administration of multi-jurisdictional trusts & companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain company and trust records, including due diligence
Open and maintain bank accounts, reviewing and filing bank statements
Preparation of documents in relation to transactions including Director, Shareholder, and Trustee resolutions
Liaise with clients, professional advisors, and other third parties

Skills & Experience:
Educated to degree level
Proactive approach with a positive, can do attitude
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office

Hours & Benefits:
Full time business hours (37.5 hours p/w); Salary commensurate with relevant skills and experience; Full company benefits package & study support
