Paragon delighted to partner with Locate Isle of Man, alongside Zurich and Standard Bank, supporting the 2024 Graduate and Young Professional Fair.
This sold-out event provided a unique opportunity for Graduates and Young Professionals to meet the Island's leading employers, discovering the breadth of different careers that the Isle of Man has to offer, including which organisations are recruiting and for which roles.
The Fair additionally provided, and actively encouraged, the opportunity to develop contacts, create and extend networks and to speak directly with those who have already navigated the same journey successfully.
Helping delegates to make their first or next employment steps, access was provided to a mix of inspiring panel sessions, career-ready workshops and the opportunity to meet business representatives from a wide range of industry sectors, including tech, finance and professional services, manufacturing and engineering, biotech, hospitality and healthcare.
