WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I CONTACT PARAGON?
- We'll arrange an informal chat for you with a recruiter in the first instance. This can be in our offices, over the phone, via video call - whatever your preference is will be good for us! This enables us to quickly review if and how we can help.
- Your recruiter will then take responsibility for the relationship and will work with you to define how we can best support you, and provide you with our options and recommendations.
- We'll complete a form which will ask you specific questions relating to your employment history, qualifications, skills and aims, together with a number of questions to help us to understand how we can best help you, and the type of opportunities open to you.
- Once we understand how we can best help you, we'll agree a plan of action and manage your job search through Paragon with you until conclusion.
