The Role

Help manage a diverse portfolio of insurance clients


  • Assist with day to day queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments

  • Oversee onboarding and continuous due diligence for clients

  • Produce and request insurer documentation

  • Meet with clients and insurers as needed

  • Monitor progress of client insurance claims

  • Manage collection of outstanding premiums

  • Build and maintain ongoing relationships

  • Stay updated with industry developments and new products

  • Work collaboratively to forge strong relationships within the business

  • Comply with all relevant anti-money laundering regulations



About You

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organised professional


  • Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above, including Maths and English

  • Innovative thinker with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously

  • Calm under pressure and flexible when required

  • Professional and conscientious approach to work

  • Good awareness of clients' business issues

  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements

  • Previous experience within insurance

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Acturis (training provided)

  • Eager to pursue further education and insurance-related qualifications (study support provided)
