The Role
Deliver exceptional customer support in multiple languages

  • Review, investigate, and respond to customer queries via various channels

  • Conduct proactive and reactive identity verification

  • Monitor transactions, assess risks, and take appropriate actions

  • Process withdrawals, transfers, and pending transactions

  • Liaise with third-party providers, suppliers, and payment processors


About You
You are a bilingual customer service professional with a passion for problem solving, and:

  • Proficient in English and either Italian, German, or Polish

  • Strong customer service experience

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office products

  • Experience with global document verification, KYC, and AML/CFT procedures is a plus
