- Review, investigate, and respond to customer queries via various channels
- Conduct proactive and reactive identity verification
- Monitor transactions, assess risks, and take appropriate actions
- Process withdrawals, transfers, and pending transactions
- Liaise with third-party providers, suppliers, and payment processors
About You
You are a bilingual customer service professional with a passion for problem solving, and:
- Proficient in English and either Italian, German, or Polish
- Strong customer service experience
- Proven experience with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with global document verification, KYC, and AML/CFT procedures is a plus
