Are you ready to elevate your career in Trust and Company administration? Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Administrator to take charge of client relationships and deliver exceptional service within a dynamic team environment

The Role

Step into a pivotal role where you'll manage and support the administration of client portfolios with precision and expertise


  • Act as Senior Administrator for a portfolio of Client Companies and Trusts

  • Manage client assets, investments, and related documentation

  • Prepare minutes, resolutions, and ensure timely client reviews and risk assessments

  • Open and manage client bank accounts and process financial transactions

  • Maintain accurate company and trust records, including due diligence

  • Provide accurate time recording and assist with regulatory and internal reporting

  • Contribute to billing, work in progress, and debt management

  • Participate in ad hoc projects and committees as required

  • CSP/TSP knowledge

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage your workflow effectively

  • Proactive with the ability to work under pressure and resolve problems efficiently

  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and people skills

  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and corporate governance

  • Experienced in Financial Services, particularly in Trust and Company administration
