The Role

Lead and manage client companies with a focus on compliance and exceptional service

• Serve as Client Company Director, ensuring adherence to all legislative and regulatory requirements


• Provide trust and company administration services for medium/high-risk multi-jurisdictional clients


• Manage client assets, including investments and bank accounts


• Maintain and improve internal customer relationships and efficiencies


• Champion the Client Contact Programme (CCP) and ensure high standards


• Support Senior Management and drive strategic initiatives


• Ensure accurate time recording and fee income derivation


• Participate in ad hoc projects and committees as required

About You

You�re a strategic leader with a deep understanding of client service delivery and a passion for excellence

• Proven experience in financial services administration, with a focus on trust and company management


• Strong influencing, communication, and problem-solving skills


• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and corporate governance


• Ability to manage operational risk and deliver innovative service improvements


• Highly organised, self-disciplined, and able to work under pressure


• Experienced in leading teams and developing junior staff


• Strong technical CSP/TSP knowledge
