The Role

Support the administration of client companies and trusts while developing your skills in a collaborative environment


  • Manage daily office administration tasks, including handling post, filing, and scanning

  • Provide support for statutory client administration

  • Assist the Compliance team with daily client screening activities



About You

You're a motivated and organised individual with a keen eye for detail and a desire to learn


  • Previous office experience is preferred

  • Good accuracy and attention to detail are essential

  • Ability to deliver quality results within tight deadlines

  • Willingness to undertake further studies (CGI/STEP) to grow in the role

  • Strong communication and organisational skills
