If you excel in client relationship management and technical fiduciary expertise, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact

The Role

Take the lead in managing client portfolios while providing expert support to the team

  • Manage day-to-day operations for a portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery

  • Provide technical advice on trust and company matters, supporting clients and internal teams

  • Coordinate across departments to ensure efficient and high-quality client service

  • Assist in developing new business channels and fostering client relationships

  • Mentor and guide junior staff, promoting a positive and commercially aware culture

  • Oversee WIP, billing, and debtor management to ensure compliance with company guidelines



About You

You are a proactive leader with strong technical skills and a passion for delivering top-tier fiduciary services


  • Previous experience in financial services, with a focus on trust and company administration

  • Working towards or holding a professional qualification (e.g., ICSA, STEP)

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills

  • Proven management and mentoring experience

  • Strong organisational skills and commercial acumen

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications and fiduciary management software (e.g., ViewPoint, Laserfiche)
