Support the operations of the Policy Servicing Department, ensuring top-notch service delivery
- Process client requests within specified service times
- Communicate with internal and external clients via telephone, fax, and email
- Assist the Supervisor in monitoring workloads and mentoring junior team members
- Ensure compliance with regulatory legislation and maintain accuracy in administration
- Identify and resolve complaints, and contribute to improved departmental procedures
- Check work produced by other team members and update process notes
About You
You are a proactive team player with a strong background in customer service and financial services
- Prior experience in Financial Services, preferably Life Assurance
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in AML/KYC requirements and client administration
- Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
