The Role

Support the operations of the Policy Servicing Department, ensuring top-notch service delivery


  • Process client requests within specified service times

  • Communicate with internal and external clients via telephone, fax, and email

  • Assist the Supervisor in monitoring workloads and mentoring junior team members

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory legislation and maintain accuracy in administration

  • Identify and resolve complaints, and contribute to improved departmental procedures

  • Check work produced by other team members and update process notes



About You

You are a proactive team player with a strong background in customer service and financial services


  • Prior experience in Financial Services, preferably Life Assurance

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Experience in AML/KYC requirements and client administration

  • Excellent planning, organisational, and communication skills

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new tasks
