Description

The Role

Support the smooth running of the Conveyancing Department with a variety of administrative and legal tasks


  • Gather and manage information, ensuring accurate checking of land registry documents, title deeds, and other legal paperwork

  • Handle the transfer of funds and legal documents, liaising with clients and external parties

  • Prepare transaction accounts, ensuring all required fees are paid on time

  • Maintain accurate records and manage documentation efficiently

  • Ensure compliance with money laundering and fraud prevention regulations



About You

You're a detail-focused, organised individual with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities

  • Experience with case management systems is desirable

  • A Law degree or knowledge of commercial property would be advantageous
