- Grow AUM in investment products and services
- Lead the discretionary business development strategy
- Actively network locally and internationally to build client relationships
- Host face-to-face and virtual meetings, seminars, and events
- Provide investment proposals using our risk profiler
- Work with the Relationship Manager to ensure excellent client service
About You
We are looking for a confident and ambitious individual with strong business development experience
- Finance or investment qualification
- Proven track record in successful business development within discretionary investment management
- Excellent presentation skills and a strong understanding of ESG and sustainable investments
- Existing network of professional contacts in the financial advisory and fiduciary sectors in Jersey and/or Isle of Man
- Self-starter with relationship-building skills and ambition
