Our client is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to grow AUM and build key relationships in a dynamic environment. The Role

Take charge of business development and relationship building across the investment management business


  • Grow AUM in investment products and services

  • Lead the discretionary business development strategy

  • Actively network locally and internationally to build client relationships

  • Host face-to-face and virtual meetings, seminars, and events

  • Provide investment proposals using our risk profiler

  • Work with the Relationship Manager to ensure excellent client service



About You

We are looking for a confident and ambitious individual with strong business development experience


  • Finance or investment qualification

  • Proven track record in successful business development within discretionary investment management

  • Excellent presentation skills and a strong understanding of ESG and sustainable investments

  • Existing network of professional contacts in the financial advisory and fiduciary sectors in Jersey and/or Isle of Man

  • Self-starter with relationship-building skills and ambition
