Our client is looking for a dynamic, results-driven individual to take charge of new business and help grow AUM across their investment products and services. The Role

Take the reins of business development and relationship management across the front office


  • Grow AUM in investment products and services

  • Lead the discretionary business development strategy

  • Manage and mentor the business development and relationship management teams

  • Attract key institutional, trustee, and adviser relationships to generate new business

  • Represent the company at key seminars, webinars, and events



About You

You're a confident self-starter with a strong background in investment management and sales


  • Finance or investment qualification, authorised to advise by IOM FSA or JFSC

  • Exceptional presentation skills and a strong network in financial advisory and fiduciary sectors

  • Proven track record in business development and sales team management

  • Deep knowledge of financial services, global markets, and investment management strategies

  • Ambitious, results-driven, and able to inspire teams and clients alike
