Be the key to maintaining and enhancing our client's IT systems while providing exceptional service to internal users.
- Perform 2nd line incident management and provide 1st line support when required
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver continuous system improvements
- Manage problem tickets and support the Incident/Problem Management process
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly system checks and audits
- Participate in IS projects and Disaster Recovery tests
- Be part of an on-call rota, providing out-of-hours support
About You
You're an experienced IT professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is ready to provide top-notch technical support.
- IT qualifications with experience in Microsoft Products, Active Directory, and Windows Servers
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix, ESX/VMware, SAN Storage, SQL, and Cisco Network Infrastructure
- Familiarity with LAN/WAN technologies and backup solutions
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage workloads effectively
