Are you an experienced professional in trust and company administration looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading Chartered Accountancy practice and fiduciary service provider, is offering an exciting opportunity to join their dynamic team in a senior role

The Role

Take the lead in delivering high-quality trust and company administration services to international clients


  • Manage a portfolio of international clients, reporting to Managers/Directors

  • Liaise with clients and third-party institutions to support their needs

  • Maintain trust and company records in compliance with regulations

  • Facilitate transactions including payments, invoices, dividends, and taxes

  • Open and manage corporate and trust bank accounts

  • Ensure administration of structures aligns with laws and policies

  • Review client investment portfolios



About You

We're looking for a qualified professional with a strong understanding of trust and company services


  • STEP, ICSA or equivalent qualification with post-qualification experience, or experience in a TCSP environment

  • Good understanding of the IOM regulatory environment and tax planning

  • Strong organisational skills and effective communication abilities

  • Bookkeeping/accounting experience is an advantage
