Are you looking for a new challenge in trust and company administration? Our client, a well-established Chartered Accountancy practice and fiduciary service provider, is seeking an organised and motivated individual to join their team and provide exceptional service to a diverse international portfolio

The Role

Take charge of managing trust and company records while providing excellent client support


  • Report directly to Managers/Directors on a portfolio of international clients

  • Facilitate client transactions including payments, invoices, dividends, and taxes

  • Maintain records in line with compliance and statutory requirements

  • Open corporate and trust bank accounts

  • Prepare agendas, attend board meetings, and take minutes

  • Review client investment portfolios



About You

We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who excels in client communication and administration


  • Previous office experience

  • Bookkeeping/accounting experience beneficial but not essential

  • Understanding of the IOM regulatory environment and tax planning useful

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
