Take charge of managing trust and company records while providing excellent client support
- Report directly to Managers/Directors on a portfolio of international clients
- Facilitate client transactions including payments, invoices, dividends, and taxes
- Maintain records in line with compliance and statutory requirements
- Open corporate and trust bank accounts
- Prepare agendas, attend board meetings, and take minutes
- Review client investment portfolios
About You
We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who excels in client communication and administration
- Previous office experience
- Bookkeeping/accounting experience beneficial but not essential
- Understanding of the IOM regulatory environment and tax planning useful
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
