- Supporting team members through performance check-ins and feedback
- Assisting with absence management and performance improvement processes
- Coordinating team activities to ensure deadlines and SLAs are met
- Analysing data to recommend capacity planning and identify efficiencies
- Managing risks by investigating breaches and complaints
- Providing support in recruitment and team motivation
- Stepping in for the manager when required
About You
To thrive in this role, you will need:
- Experience in analysing data and providing effective solutions
- Experience of working within the Financial Services sector, ideally within Life Assurance
- Worked previous as a Team Leader or deputising and ready for that next step>/li>
- 5 GCSEs at grade C or above
