- Oversee PPA accounting support and integration activities
- Manage asset valuation, transfer of balances, and post-completion accounts
- Work with external consultants like auditors and tax advisors
- Align acquired company ledgers with consolidated group reporting
- Assist in project-based work and tax activities
About You
We're looking for someone with a strong financial background who can take the lead in integration processes.
- Hold a professional accounting qualification
- High level of IT, systems, and Excel skills
- Experience in acquisition accounting or M&A (telecom/technology sector experience is a plus)
- Strong project management and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
