The Role

As an Acquisition Accountant, you will manage the financial integration of an acquired company, ensuring smooth alignment with group policies.


  • Oversee PPA accounting support and integration activities

  • Manage asset valuation, transfer of balances, and post-completion accounts

  • Work with external consultants like auditors and tax advisors

  • Align acquired company ledgers with consolidated group reporting

  • Assist in project-based work and tax activities



About You

We're looking for someone with a strong financial background who can take the lead in integration processes.


  • Hold a professional accounting qualification

  • High level of IT, systems, and Excel skills

  • Experience in acquisition accounting or M&A (telecom/technology sector experience is a plus)

  • Strong project management and analytical skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
