The Role

Your day to day will include supporting office operations and ensuring smooth client administration.


  • Assist with office tasks including answering phones and filing documents

  • Update and maintain client records

  • Ensure all paperwork is handled confidentially and correctly

  • Support the client directors with the administration of companies and trusts



About You

You will thrive in this role if you're organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering great client service.


  • Experience with office software such as MS Office and Excel

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep client information confidential

  • Customer service experience and a team player mindset

  • Previous experience in a similar role or a relevant qualification is beneficial
