As an IoM Network Engineer, you'll play a key role in supporting the design and deployment of mobile and fibre networks while ensuring operational excellence
- Support the design, operations, and maintenance of mobile and fibre access networks
- Install and commission Radio Access network equipment
- Climb masts and towers to perform maintenance tasks
- Handle routine maintenance and troubleshoot customer faults
- Assist with civil engineering works and Fibre to the Premise installations
- Support hardware and software upgrades for access and mobile network equipment
- Manage projects for feasibility, commissioning, and integration of new services
About You
We're looking for a proactive team player with a strong interest in technology and a passion for learning
- Climbing certification or willingness to work towards it
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about access and mobile network technologies
- Self-motivated and able to work in a cross-functional team
- Competency with computer-based systems and eagerness to learn new technologies
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in Access Network or Mobile Network roles is a plus
