The Role

Support a busy office and corporate service provider with essential tasks.


  • Assist with basic office administration, filing, and scanning duties

  • Support secretarial team with billing, typing letters/accounts, and reception cover

  • Manage office tasks such as checking supplies, post duties, and running errands

  • Help with archiving, filing, and general office support



About You

We are looking for someone self-motivated, conscientious, and ready to be a key part of our team.


  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel is an advantage

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

  • Keen eye for detail and willing to take on various office tasks
