The Role

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients while managing a diverse portfolio of trusts and companies.


  • Provide administrative support to a portfolio of trusts, companies, and wealth structures

  • Ensure statutory maintenance and high-quality client communication

  • Identify client needs and deliver exceptional service

  • Assist in managing time recording, utilisation, and working capital

  • Support the team in mitigating risk and ensuring compliance with policies

We are looking for someone with experience in the industry, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is client-focused.


  • Relevant industry experience with strong client service skills

  • Good understanding of day-to-day administration and risk management

  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills

  • Professional, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

  • Studying towards or holding a relevant professional qualification

  • Fluent in English with additional languages being a plus
