Are you ready to grow your career with a leading corporate services provider? We are looking for an organised and driven Administrator to join a dynamic Corporate Services team and provide high-quality support to a diverse range of clients.

The Role

Support the Corporate Services team in delivering tailored corporate administration services.


  • Assist senior team members with client administration

  • Ensure client requests are responded to within agreed timeframes

  • Manage a small portfolio of clients under supervision

  • Complete any other related administrative tasks as required



About You

We are seeking a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and a client-focused mindset.


  • Experience within a fiduciary environment

  • Ideally working towards a relevant qualification (e.g. STEP)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, experience with Viewpoint is a bonus

  • A can do attitude and a willingness to assist the team
