Description

Join a Corporate Service team as a Client Administrator, where you will manage a portfolio of clients while delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced and supportive environment. Our client could consider applicants seeking reduced hours.

The Role

Play a key role in ensuring smooth client operations and supporting junior administrators.


  • Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulations and jurisdictional requirements

  • Respond promptly to client requests and enquiries, providing solutions

  • Produce client documents including board minutes, resolutions, and agendas

  • Monitor client cash flow and assist with invoicing



About You

We are looking for someone with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.


  • Part-qualified ICSA or STEP with experience of managing a client portfolio

  • Proficient with systems, ideally with experience using Viewpoint

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
