The Role

As a Customer Contact Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering great outcomes for both customers and the business.


  • Provide support to customers and colleagues in our contact centres

  • Investigate queries and offer insights to improve processes

  • Identify and address barriers to performance to enhance efficiency

  • Collaborate with operational centres to increase knowledge and efficiency

  • Log incidents, review trends and seek opportunities for automation

  • Focus on improving customer service and experiences



About You

To succeed in this role, you will need a keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.


  • Experience analysing and using performance data

  • The ability to communicate information clearly and simply, previous retail experience would be desirable

  • An understanding of contact centre operations and performance metrics

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel and Word

  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
