- Lead the relationship for one of our client's largest global captive management appointments
- Manage service delivery and ensure all client requirements are met
- Handle insurance renewals and underwrite new insurance covers
- Deliver strategic advice, best practice, and innovation
- Support company objectives and seek outgrowth opportunities
- Foster teamwork, communication, and professionalism
About You
Bring your client leadership skills and industry expertise to make an impact
- Client-focused with excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Background in captive or general insurance sectors
- Professionally qualified (CII, ACII, or equivalent)
- Willingness to travel to the UK, Isle of Man, and internationally
- Proven experience in leading client engagements and projects
- Keen eye for detail and accuracy
