The Role

Lead the management of client portfolios and ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring all services are delivered to the highest professional standards


• Maintain and update client statutory records, including banking and financial reconciliation


• Ensure all fiduciary service functions are performed accurately and in line with compliance standards


• Delegate tasks to junior staff and review their work to ensure precision and adherence to guidelines


• Maintain timely and professional communication with clients, handling direct correspondence as needed


• Ensure compliance with Isle of Man and UK legislation, including AML procedures


• Support the team with ad-hoc corporate service assignments and other duties as required

About You

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering top-tier client services

• Extensive experience in managing client portfolios within fiduciary or corporate services


• In-depth knowledge of Isle of Man and UK regulations


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage client relationships


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively


• Proven leadership and delegation experience, with a focus on quality and accuracy
