Play a central role in regulatory compliance by managing policies and processes while supporting governance frameworks
- Lead policy development and annual reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for AML/CFT requirements
- Conduct regulatory horizon scanning to address upcoming compliance changes
- Define RACI roles for policy updates and maintain a central log of compliance documentation
- Provide insights to the Risk Committee and prepare regulatory training materials
- Collaborate with directors to embed best practices across the organisation
About You
You have an exceptional ability to manage compliance frameworks and communicate effectively with stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in law, Finance, Business, or equivalent
- Vast experience in a compliance role, ideally within a regulated financial services business
- Strong knowledge of Isle of Man AML/CFT regulations and governance frameworks
- Professional compliance certification (e.g. ICA, ACAMS) preferred
- Proactive mindset with a focus on driving regulatory excellence
