Are you ready to step into a key leadership role, ensuring compliance policies meet the highest regulatory standards? A regional fiduciary is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to act as the Policy Gatekeeper in their regulated financial services business.

The Role

Play a central role in regulatory compliance by managing policies and processes while supporting governance frameworks


  • Lead policy development and annual reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards

  • Act as the primary point of contact for AML/CFT requirements

  • Conduct regulatory horizon scanning to address upcoming compliance changes

  • Define RACI roles for policy updates and maintain a central log of compliance documentation

  • Provide insights to the Risk Committee and prepare regulatory training materials

  • Collaborate with directors to embed best practices across the organisation



About You

You have an exceptional ability to manage compliance frameworks and communicate effectively with stakeholders


  • Bachelor's degree in law, Finance, Business, or equivalent

  • Vast experience in a compliance role, ideally within a regulated financial services business

  • Strong knowledge of Isle of Man AML/CFT regulations and governance frameworks

  • Professional compliance certification (e.g. ICA, ACAMS) preferred

  • Proactive mindset with a focus on driving regulatory excellence
