Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and driving operational excellence? A B2B Service company is looking for dynamic individuals to join their Operations Team, supporting members and colleagues with their queries and AML processes. This is an office-based role, in the south of the island.

The Role

Be at the heart of our operations by ensuring the seamless management of card services, technical support, and AML compliance


  • Investigate internal and external queries relating to card processes and transactions

  • Complete onboarding processes including KYC and KYB checks

  • Handle merchant security breach queries, chargebacks, and transaction monitoring

  • Develop and improve operational processes, policies, and procedures

  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and identify trends



About You

You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering the best outcomes for customers and the business


  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information

  • Strong planning, organisational, and analytical abilities

  • Experience with customer service and operational roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is highly desirable

  • Knowledge of AML processes and transaction monitoring is advantageous
