Be at the heart of our operations by ensuring the seamless management of card services, technical support, and AML compliance
- Investigate internal and external queries relating to card processes and transactions
- Complete onboarding processes including KYC and KYB checks
- Handle merchant security breach queries, chargebacks, and transaction monitoring
- Develop and improve operational processes, policies, and procedures
- Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and identify trends
About You
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering the best outcomes for customers and the business
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information
- Strong planning, organisational, and analytical abilities
- Experience with customer service and operational roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce is highly desirable
- Knowledge of AML processes and transaction monitoring is advantageous
