- Administer a portfolio of asset-owning companies, including incorporations, VAT registrations, and dissolutions
- Manage CDD collection, invoicing, and annual financial statements in collaboration with the accounts team
- Liaise with clients, intermediaries, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with company law, VAT regulations, and asset-specific rules
- Oversee onboarding new business, economic substance reporting, and maintaining beneficial ownership records
- Coordinate board meetings, prepare company minutes, and conduct risk assessments
- Ensure adherence to the latest legislation, operational standards, and company policies
About You
Bring your expertise and professionalism to deliver exceptional client services
- Proven experience in company administration, preferably in a senior role
- Strong knowledge of Isle of Man regulations, VAT rules, and company law
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and accuracy
- A proactive, collaborative mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service
- Experience preparing board minutes and liaising with advisors and directors
