The Role

Step into a pivotal role where you'll handle a wide range of responsibilities while ensuring compliance and excellence


  • Administer a portfolio of asset-owning companies, including incorporations, VAT registrations, and dissolutions

  • Manage CDD collection, invoicing, and annual financial statements in collaboration with the accounts team

  • Liaise with clients, intermediaries, banks, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with company law, VAT regulations, and asset-specific rules

  • Oversee onboarding new business, economic substance reporting, and maintaining beneficial ownership records

  • Coordinate board meetings, prepare company minutes, and conduct risk assessments

  • Ensure adherence to the latest legislation, operational standards, and company policies

  • Proven experience in company administration, preferably in a senior role

  • Strong knowledge of Isle of Man regulations, VAT rules, and company law

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring compliance and accuracy

  • A proactive, collaborative mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service

  • Experience preparing board minutes and liaising with advisors and directors
