The role is to assist with the cafe's daily operations and interact with customers to ensure they have a positive cafe experience. You will provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors as you carry out the cafe duties.

Key Duties
- Work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of the cafe
- Prepare the Cafe for daily service and ensure the counters and fridge are restocked and notify the kitchen of any shortages
- Proactively welcome customers to the cafe, answer any questions, deal with meal orders, service food and make and serve quality hot drinks
- Communicate orders with the kitchen staff
- Maintain a clean and organised cafe with required cleaning duties, such as clearing tables and chairs, coffee machine
- To provide visitors with further information about the Hospice and its services
