- Advise on AML/CFT regulations, ensuring due diligence procedures align with legislation
- Lead regulatory audits and compliance reviews with a focus on AML areas
- Support key compliance stakeholders on matters impacting gaming licences
- Analyse AML processes and recommend improvements
- Ensure company policies meet regulatory requirements and provide timely technical advice
- Raise AML awareness and deliver training across the company
- Identify and address areas of potential non-compliance
About You
You are an analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented professional with a knack for compliance excellence
- Experience in the online gambling industry or financial sector
- Knowledge of Isle of Man or UK gambling regulations, or AML legislation in regulated industries
- Proficiency in KYC verification, international markets, and cross-border transactions
- Strong report writing, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced PC literacy with Microsoft Office expertise
- Ability to interpret management information and meet deadlines
- A self-motivated team player with flexibility and prioritisation skills
