- Perform daily reconciliations and manage submerchant payouts
- Handle refunds, chargebacks, and transaction monitoring to mitigate risks
- Investigate discrepancies and implement processes to enhance accuracy
- Collaborate on continuous improvements and develop best practices
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive individual with a passion for FinTech and strong analytical skills
- Experience in payment processing and/or reconciliations for financial services is essential
- Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent organisational skills
- A can-do attitude with a self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
- Knowledge of payment systems, or professional certifications in payments are a plus
